I was contacted via e-mail to have a phone interview with an employee who previously worked with the owner, which was very helpful. I thought the conversation went well, but I was bit rusty in my phone interviewing skills. I now know it's most helpful to use this type of opportunity to try and get an in-person interview and not give up to much information.
