Initial phone call interview process with current holder of the job who was moving into another department. In person. Interview with CMO (direct report) and VP Sales teams. Follow up in person interview with alternate departments, CFO, PR, etc then job offer over phone and paperwork next day FedEx delivery with salary and start date.
