The interview was process was straightforward. Prior to speaking with anyone I was asked to answer 12 questions in paragraph form. I found the questions a bit repetitive, but it seems they are just trying to screen effectively. The interview was fine and the organization seems very formal. They are proud of their offerings and collaboration with the board members, but there does seem to be room for new programs and ideas.
