Very large group interview. About 70-80 people all put into a four groups. We had to perform improv/prepared presentations to four different people who all eventually decided who was good enough for the job. After waiting for a little bit, they came out and split us into groups American Idol style, and we were told if we got the job or not.

quite specific and unexpected questions, practice was not good prep, involved acting type question which wasn't fair with such short prep time not a good indicator of ability makes feel stupid
