J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Warner Bros. (Burbank, CA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
I was first contacted by email for a phone interview. Once on the call, the recruiter was very clear about the position expectations. I was asked knowledge-based questions relating to the position. I was called in for an in-person interview. It wasn't a good fit for me but was very pleased with the interview process.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Warner Bros.
Entretien
Standard interview for an executive assistant. I was asked about my prior experience with the company and was told what I would be doing in this new role. Everyone was professional.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Warner Bros.
Entretien
The first interview was with other executive assistants in the department and was somewhat informal; it felt like they were trying to get a sense of who would fit into the department and be able to quickly become Ean asset. Be prepared to talk about your taste in television and previous work experience, especially if you've had experience on high-volume desks. The second interview was one-on-one with the executive and was a little more intensive: more probing questions about work style, expectations, and how long I expected to stay in the position before leaving. The final interview with HR seemed like it was simply a formality.
Great, had an initial phone screening with recruiter, then video call with hiring manager. The process was very clear and straight forward, and the recruiter was quick to answer my questions.
