Recruiter reached out trying to schedule an interview, took about 2 weeks of back and forths but finally got it scheduled. Recruiter was great, very helpful and really helped me prepare for my in-person interview with the two labor relations directors. They were also great, very nice and the questions they asked were good “get to know me” questions not the typical scenario ones. Everyone was very polite and I had a good interview experience. Now it’s been over a month so I think it’s safe to say I did not get the position but it would have been nice to have gotten at least a generic email letting me know so. I reached out to the recruiter twice and never heard back. That is not only rude on a professional level but on a personal one as well. We prepare so much for these interviews and anyone that has ever interviewed knows how those few days/weeks after an interview are; you are so hopeful and so anxious so it really isn’t fair. I realize a lot of companies do this but I also interviewed with Sony and Disney and they were great about getting back to me even to let me know I did not get the position.

Asked about experience and what could be brought to the team. They usually want long term people as well. Was asked if I’d move positions. Asked what I found most important in a work place these days
