The interview process was you apply online for the open positions and the concerned person would call you to set up an interview after carefully reviewing your resume. So, I was called up by the sales person from the company to the on-site interview. The interview went on very good. I learned very interesting things about the company. There was a panel of three people interviewing me. Everybody was well prepared for the type of questions they would ask and areas to cover. Every member explained about themselves and their work in the company and how I would a fit for this position. They showed me their product and a design they have been working upon, just to get accustomed with the company and their work. They also asked very interesting questions about me, on my resume, on my work experience, on my skills and abilities that I could bring to the company.
