I had an initial 20 minute phone interview with a HR representative as the first step in the interview process. This was a good experience, and I felt comfortable with it.

Two step interview process. Met with supervising paralegal initially and then two supervising attorneys. Face to face interviews. All interviewers wore suits. Coming from a firm in which the staff wore jeans unless they had court or were meeting with a client, this was a change for me. Overall an easy interviewing process.
