I had an initial call with the recruitment team to discuss my background and expectations and the role. I was then given an interview slot with the recruitment and HR team where I presented a task I had prepared for (10 mins). The team were very friendly and engaged on the call. The Head of Recruitment kept me updated through all stages until I had an offer and beyond. Remote onboarding was smooth, laptop was delivered the week before (we now have additional goodie bags delivered too), and I was given additional WFH equipment (keyboard/mouse/stand/monitor etc).
