Make sure to cater to your resume and cover letter to the job description and to NOT apply for more than one job at WanderJaunt. You will be getting a phone call, interview and if they like you, they will interview you again. This is a very casual and start-up company. They'll ask you the "normal" interview questions, but they will also give you a puzzle to solve and a list of tasks for you to prioritize(it wasn't hard). Just be yourself and don't be afraid to be yourself and to ask a LOT of questions!

I applied and they set up the phone screen the next week. 30 min Phone screen and 90 min zoom interview with manager and other members of the team. Went very quick. They emailed me the day after the zoom interview.
