Phone Screen followed by onsite with 3 separate people. Business person and QA Manager were pleasant and professional. The 3rd interviewer, Software Development Lead, was there to disqualify you. The job description did not properly reflect the depth of the onsite technical interview you would be subjected to by the Lead Software Developer so you felt kind of ambushed.
