I began by applying online through the website, once they got my submission they sent an email asking for me to fill out a questionnaire. I believe it was used to screen for cultural fit. Once they reviewed those results they set up some time for me to speak with someone over the phone, a phone screen. Once I completed the phone screen the director's administrative assistant reached out to me via email to set up time to speak with the director. I had a phone interviewed that lasted about an hour. I heard back from them within the week with a job offer.
