HR called me and reviewed my resume. Then I met with the current assistant and had a genuine conversation about her experience, my experience, the department, etc. Then I had a final interview with my now boss, the VP of my team. It was all via Zoom, and she asked classic questions about organization, attention to detail, prioritization, etc.
