basically, there is preselection, then a meeting then another meeting, when you send your application you have to wait for ages before receiving a message, the first interview is online, the second normally there is Disney recruiting community that arrives at your city and interview many people.

Done by a UK agency.
Telephone interviewed followed by face to face interview in Hammersmith, which included a presentation.
The interviewers at this stage were managers that flew over from the US,

The actual interviews were great, the first was a pre-screen in Epping and then the final interview was in London with the American recruiters.
The bad thing is how you are treated after, around 50/60 people were kept on a waitlist for a year (being accepted by Disney, but not enough spaces) Being on waitlist meant receiving a monthly email to ask if we are still interested. Almost everyone kept their life on hold for an entire year. They have now started the process again, with us on the waitlist reapplying and only 2 people from our group got put through the first round. It just seems clear that Disney are so big that they have no regard for how people are treated.
