Entretien
A Disney recruiter called me as they had my resume on file and informed me of the opportunity and inquired to see if I had interest in applying for the position. My interviews entailed 2 half day sessions and met with a total of 8 people including an EVP. Everyone was very cordial, polite and professional.

Questions pertaining to my management philosophy for both managing direct reports and senior management.
Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walt Disney Company (New York, NY)
Entretien
One phone screening, one phone interview, one in person interview.
2 of the 3 people I interviewed hadn't looked at my resume prior to my interview. It seemed they were only going through the motions. I later was declined however I learned from an inside source that they thought I was "too young". Lucky for them, they didn't put that in writing.

You will talk to several individuals at a variety of levels. Find out, though, who really has the hiring power. It may not be your direct supervisor. Be energetic and friendly, but not fake. They like people who have a genuine like for Disney. Find out why the current opening is vacant and how long it's been posted internally. If it's a recent posting then you probably don't want to spend much time on pursuing it because they will look for internal candidates first. Be ready to talk about working in a matrix organization because the company is very matrixed, especially on the technology side.
