Was called by a recuiter for this position and passed a phone screen, than with a Disney team member on thephone who grilled me pretty good for over an hour. Next was an onsite interview where they asked standard questions. I did very well and was pretty excited until the end of the interview.....The manager stated that they only hire other managers with a BA degree. I could have screamed since I was a four hour trip to get to Orlando for me. I should have never made it that far in the process if that was a requirement.
