I had 5 call of Technical interview rounds which were conducted with utmost professionalism. But things changed when time of behavioral round interview came. Unfortunately, my interview was scheduled with one of the Senior Managers from India office. The person seemed least interested in the interview process. May be she was forced to attend interview call. She was late to the interview call and also didn't share webcam and also seemed lack of suitable knowledge. Mostly, it was one way communication in the discussion. Though it was behavioral round, 50% time the interview was on pure technical matters. It could clearly be observed that they have communication gap between guidelines provided to US offices interviewers and India offices interviewers. It seems to me that it was not behavioral round. Rather, it was a joke.
