Modern Hire assessment -> OA -> Final Round interview. Finished final interview over 2 months ago and have not heard a word from them since. Extremely disappointing experience with their interview process and lack of communication with HR. Didn't expect to be ghosted after a FINAL interview from such a large company like Walmart-- would've appreciated a timely decision on my application.

Met with recruiters at a WiCSE career fair where I was able to submit my application to somewhere it would actually get seen. Took an OA with two parts. First was leetcode style easy/medium and second was fixing bugs in a backend to make certain tests pass given an AI assistant. Only got 2/6 test cases and still got emailed for an online interview. The interview was technical/behavioral but no explicit technical questions (leetcode style). Interviewer was mediocre but questions were easy.
