J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart Global Tech
Entretien
1) Phone call with recruiter
2) Karat live coding interview - questions asked were about finding which list words exist within another string, and a graph search problem. Also trivia about testing and OOP terms. Scored well here.
3) Technical interview with 2 leads/managers. Both were about past projects, and experience.
The first person was very rude, kept interrupting me when I tried to explain something, asked me followups while I still wasn't finished train of thought. Randomly dropped a leetcode question, without any coderpad link and asked me to code it up at the end. Had seen the question before so I solved otherwise you only get ~10min to solve a medium.Randomly asked me to draw architecture diagram without providing any link to drawing software.
The second person asked me about testing philosophy, QA and we talked about maintaining mocks for about 45min.
4) Reached out to recruiter after a week of no contact, and then did an interview with Hiring manager for team matching.
5) Ghosted after receiving a verbal offer with approved numbers, and recruiter assuring me he got great feedback.
I would say don’t waste your time, their recruitment process is very slow, inefficient and reflects poorly on the organization of the company. If you have competing offers, take them don’t count on waiting for them since they will take forever and ghost you in the end.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart Global Tech (New York, NY)
Entretien
I passed all the interviews only to be told at the end that they didn't have the budget. It took about 2 months. It was probably delayed because of budgeting issues.

Entretien
My interview began with an introductory call with the hiring manager, followed by a technical round led by an engineering lead, who probed system design, coding approach, and problem-solving communication.
