There were 3 rounds
1. Exploratory interview for 1 hour
2. Case study submission and case study presentation to a panel of interviewers for 1 hour
3. Interview round with the hiring manager
The first round is mostly focused on your experience and interviewer will ask you to narrate instances where you have applied product management principles
The case study is provided by the HR team and if selected you get to present the same to a panel of 3 interviewers. The focus is mostly on your thought process and how you approached the problem
The final round is more to check your personality and culture fit with the company and team.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds of interviews. One with the hiring manager as a phone interview, one with with some of the team, then the hiring manager and 2 others from the team, and final interview with the director. The questions were scenario based with some knowledge/experience based questions as well.

HR reached out on LinkedIn and then via phone for an exploratory call. There were 6 rounds of interviews. Product Person, Engineering Leader, Developer, Developer, UX, Head of Product. Quick process scheduled one after the other. Took 2 weeks overall.
