Upon submitting your job application, the interview takes place right away. It was a short but detailed interview conducted by the local ship manning manager. I was asked regarding the details of the job i am applying for. Checking my knowledge based on my experience. I was asked if i am familiar with thier company policies or if i am willing to adopt.
