The interview process consisted of two video interviews and an interview in person. First with the service manager, and then with the director. It was clear, precise and smooth. They asked basic questions regarding my experience, qualifications, strengths, weaknesses and why I wanted to work for them.

We had an interview, where the centre director asked me about experience, salary compensation package expectations and what would be expected of me if I am hired. Thereafter, I submitted a demo lesson. It was a very brief and quick interview.
