I completed my online application, came 4 days later for an interview and was hired on the spot. The process was very simple due to the interest and compassion shown from the store manager. After the interview I waited for no longer than 5 minutes for the managers to speak, filled out employee information and got paperwork to do a drug screening

Situational questions.
1) Describe a time when you had to deal with an irritated customer, what did you do to fix it and how did you know it was effective?
I think my experience was chaotic- I was called and told to come in that same day for an interview in person despite it being last minute and had to scramble. The manager that interviewed me didn’t go over all questions and tried to hire me on the spot jeez.

Was pretty straight forward, the manager was cool felt like a regular conversation nothing to overthink or prepare for just be on time and have the days you want to work ready.
