If you have a pulse they'll basically hire you because they're desperate for anyone to take the position for $11 an hour which is highway robbery. They realize the position is basically a revolving door and $11 is appealing to most so you're thinking it's a great opportunity with advancement but soon realize that you'll be miserable for years to come.

You basically have to show up with some retail background and be professional. The last few stores I worked at they virtually handed to keys and title over to the cosmetic girl and photo guy.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.

The interview process was straightforward, quick, and very easy to follow. Questions were clear, communication was professional, and the entire experience felt comfortable, well-organized, and stress-free from start to finish.

The employer reviewed my resume and went over the position of a shift lead. They asked about my retail experience and experience managing a staff. At the end we did a walk through of the store.
