I cleared the process and it was super easy (red flag easy). I got an offer 2 months later with down leveling for no reason. Then the salary quoted to me earlier was also given lower. The recruiters are extremely dishonest, lazy, and unscrupulous. Avoid this company for your own mental wellbeing

Entretien
Went through the interview process for a remote role. Had a couple of interviews with the hiring manager and an existing Sr. Data Scientist. The hiring manager interview was behavioral and statistics related. The one with the existing DS was about ML models. No live coding. The interviews went well but the froze the hiring.

Entretien
Interview consisted of talking with 3 people: Manager,Sr Data Scientist & Sr. Director in back to back rounds.
The Sr. Director told me in his call at the end that he didnt think I would be good fit for the Sr Data Scientist role since I apparently did not have the exposure to dealing with business.
This after working more than 5 years in the field and presenting to top management such as the COO felt ridiculous especially after companies like Amazon were fine with my experience.
The impression I got was that its the typical type of management that you would not enjoy working for when they seem to overestimate what they do and their company, have attitude & have favorites.
