Very inhumane, the process seemed to be filtered by numbers not the people themselves. The first interview was with a interview specialist, completely unrelated to the job I applied for and she had no knowledge of the data science industry. She also forebode me from speaking to anyone on the team, or even facility, that I was actually going to be working at until the next interview

Entretien
The first question the interviewer asked was if I needed sponsorship now or in the future. After the interviewer heard that I was on the F1 visa, it was over for me.
