it was great.nice manager.got called unexpectedly.was interviewed by two mangers.they were both very nice and smiled alot.their questions were pretty straight forward and i answered from previous educational experience.i got called the next day to come in to do paper work.very great experience

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
