J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walgreens (Voorhees, NJ) en janv. 2013
Entretien
First interview was sort of desperate. They needed someone for the position and they needed them immediately. I was not qualified and wasn't actually interested, but I ended up taking the position. Two managers sat in the interview, which I didn't really enjoy. After leaving the company and then coming back for a new position, the interview was fairly standard. A lot of hypothetical questions and asking how you'd relate real situations to specific pharmacy settings. Very little feedback from the interviewer.

Question 1
There weren't any pharmacy-specific questions, just questions meant to gauge your moral compass.

I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview. The interview was straightforward and mostly focused on my availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and why I wanted to work in a pharmacy setting. They asked behavioral questions about handling difficult customers, working with coworkers, and staying organized in a busy environment. The pharmacist interviewed me and was professional, explained the role, expectations, and next steps clearly. The store manager was also present and took notes. I am still waiting to hear back about an offer.

Straightforward, started off with introductions. Focused on experience, comfortability with learning new skills, interest in healthcare and Walgreens as a company. It was important to show how and why you’re interested in healthcare.

Question 1
Take me through a day in the life of your previous place of employment.
Very easy and laid back interview process. Unfortunately, Walgreens doesn’t have a great retention rate so they hire who they can as long as you tell them you have an interest in working long term.
