Simple had me go to a separate room to ask about 5-10 questions and describe my experience as well as availablity. As well as a few scenario type questions and how would i handle these scenarios

Walked in and asked if there were any available positions at the Pharmacy. Luckily enough there was an opening and was interviewed on the spot. Asked general questions and discussed experience working in retail or pharmaceuticals.
