HR round followed by Tech team round. Tech team consists of 3 members Manager + two developers. One developer just asked questions, less prepared for the interview in a hurry to complete. I doubt if they even have any assessment criteria. Waste of time to attend the interview. Interview tech questions are pretty basic, but they give negative feedback. Don't hamper your confidence levels. Team sounds less challenging and easy going looking for someone they can refer internally.
