I had a two part interview process. The first was a telephone interview. The second was an in-person, on-site interview. I found the management and HR staff very professional in both instances. The on site interview was definitely valuable because they showed me around each department, explaining roles I might play in them. It was the most informative interview I've ever had, and a part of the reason I accepted their offer. I never felt like I was on stage or under pressure. They genuinely seemed interested in me and creating a positive work environment.
