J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Waitrose (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2013
Entretien
The process was a series of online competency questions, online testing, a phone interview, an assessment centre and a final interview. The assesment centre was a number of different tasks- the stand out was a role play of dealing with a difficult member of staff.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me a time when you had a problem and did not initially know what to do
Video interview was very difficult. It was a one sided webcam interview. You get given 1 minute to read the question and then 3 minutes to respond. The questions were all very similar so although I had prepared I didn't have enough examples for certain things.
It is hard to talk without having somebody responding on the other side. Adds pressure to speak for the entire 3 minutes without stumbling.

Went through the tests - situational judgment, verbal reasoning and numerical (designed specifically for them, not generic SHL or Kenexa which was nice).
Shortly after invited to complete a video interview within 4 days. It lasted around 20-25 minutes, and they gave you around 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to answer.
Mainly competency based questions and a couple regarding Waitrose/JLP and its values etc.

Assessment day:
Role play where I was a manager dealing with a difficult member of staff, Interviews, Presentations.
Was an enjoyable atmosphere. KInd people and good food. Got the impression that they are bit overly obsessed with their culture. Love the fact that it s a partnership. Clearly a good culture in the office as well- lots of people from store applying for grad schemes.
