Very well put together and professional. Makes you feel at ease and able to give your best. I would recommend it to anyone who is nervous about having interviews, as they don’t over complicate things and allow you to be yourself.
Group interview with scenario based questions. Was with a group of maybe five other people we all had to say our individual answers. Also had to work together to rank a list of work based scenarios from most to least important
The interview was quite long, the first stage being an online questionnaire, then a group interview where you had different tasks and had to present followed by a 1 to 1 with management.
A few online situational questions then a short in person interview when asked what would i do if a customer asked me where are the baked beans. The whole process was simple and easy to complete
