Laid back and professional. Made to feel at ease while discussing my job history, strengths weaknesses etc. Interviewer seemed to not be in a rush. Big focus on inclusion and diversity.

Good structured interview, however poor communication following. Advert was for full time however become very clear they wanted only people willing to work 20-25hours a week. Was told they would come back but never did.

Straightforward, relaxed. You were given scenarios and asked how you would handle situations. I answered them all in a way that focused on customer service it seemed like that's what they wanted to hear!
