A 1-1 interview with a manager. He explained that there would be no 'tell me about yourself' questions because they can be uncomfortable for some people. A very chilled and fun interview.

2.Describe a time where you have persuaded a customer to try something new, to do with food.
3. Describe a time where you overcome a challenging situation.
4.Talk me through a time you knew you were struggling at work and how you managed to get better at the thing you where struggling with.
