Entretien
First, you do a couple of tests online, personal information and experience followed by Video quiz about how to work the App. If you pass that, you book your phone interview. If you pass the phone interview you book your orientation where you'll do a Harness test! If you pass that, you're in!
It was all done online through the app the questions were very intricate all related to how you are as a person how you are with dogs and how sufficient you are at following instructions

No interview, did complete online screenings including knowledge tests to gauge my knowledge of dog behavior, common leashes and harnesses, etc. Also had to submit for a background check, etc.
