Every in depth and up front . You sit in two interviews. One of which is with the hiring manager and the other is at your potential location. Everything is very relaxed and easy going. I was able to be myself i didn't feel extremely nervous.

Easy. Basically you walk in ask if there hiring which everyone is these days. You’ll get hired on spot no interview process at all everyone is so desperate . That’s why people come and go and can’t keep good employees because the good ones are having to do everyone’s work

I waited a while to interview. very unprofessional. Interview late and then was told no positions available. Was referred to a further location. Was given other contact info to other location and never got a call back

Very easy going, made me feel comfortable. Questions were easy to answer, we even had a few laughs during the process. I'm glad I became an employee. Waffle House was definately a good employment option.
