I posted my resume on Monster.com. A couple hours later I received a phone call from the manager. The manager asked me a couple general question about what I was looking for and about the company. He scheduled an appointment for me to interview with him and the principal. At this interview the principal spoke about his whole career and how he got to his position and then he had me talk about myself. We then spoke about the training process, costs, and mandatory quotes that must be reached. At the end of the meeting I was handed a packet to go over with some question. We scheduled another interview. The last interview we went over the packet and then was offered a job.

Spoke to a representative at the career fair. Then they followed up with an email and a pre-screening questionnaire. Then a phone call interview. Next day received an email with their decision.
