Began with a screening phone interview with an HR person. Basically just running down my resume, asking what I learned from each step. Then a second phone interview with the Finance manager in my area who was very easy going, asked me a few behavioral questions. Very easy process overall

Interview with finance and HR over teams competency based questions one round interview only. Friendly to deal with. Chance to ask questions throughout and at the end of the interview.

Interview went well, however, my issue is with the recruiter. Recruiter failed to respond to my email and the email on behalf of my referral after the first in-person interview. The initial recruiter was excellent, but she had to take a leave of absence. The replacement was unprofessional.
