Entretien
Took less than a week between completing online tests to invitation for the telephone interview. Phone interview is of standard competency-based format. Asked an example for each of teamwork, long-term relationship-building and improving an established process. Also had one motivation question: why Towers Watson and the division.

Entretien
Online interview stage where 5 questions were posed. 30/60 seconds to think and then record answers for 3 minutes. Stage after involved an online Assessment centre where a bunch of interviews took place and a presentation to give based on a topic they give a week in advance.

Entretien
Thorough and lengthy. It spanned a few weeks and culminated in a full assessment day which was back to back with exercises and quite tiring. One of the pros of the final assessment day was the variety of actual associates/future potential colleagues you got to interact with. It was invaluable to be able to pick their brains and gain a real insight into the firms practices and day-to-day expectations for the role.
