Its starts with an online apptitude test, very simple and then a phone interview. It doesn´t last long about 20 minutes, only about background and grades. The last phase is the assessment center, wich starts with a 1 on 1 interview, a normal competency based with questions like, the most frustated situation, etc. Then a group interview where they expect for us to interact with our colleagues and avaluate our capabilites to work as a team.
