Phone interviews and in-person interview. Writing test. One of the interviewers was very rude. Sending emails to her colleagues while asking me questions. Gossiping about her colleagues with me... I felt very uncomfortable and decided it was not the right job for me right away. I took the writing test afterwards (though I didn't want to because I already figured out it was not the right fit), but it appeared it was a waste of time anyway because nobody came back for me in the conference room at the end of the test. I sat there for about half an hour and left by myself. The next day I received a rejection email... Well, I don't want to work with people who gossip and treat other poorly anyway, but what a waste of time.
