Worst experience of my life - including a sushi eating interviewer at a F2F interview! Interview stated late and both people made it clear that they had far more important things to do than conduct an interview. No structure to the interview, no competence based questions, became extremely 'irritated' when I dared to walk through my CV have no idea why I was there they asked me to attend the interview I did not walk into the building and demand an interview! However, the fact that somebody felt it was acceptable to eat whilst conducting a face to face interview says it all about WTW standards.
