      Entretien

Talked to a very nice recruiter over the phone, and organized a final round interview at an office. Interviewed with the team, and had a very nice experience. Most of the interview questions were behavioral, with a few math questions thrown in the mix. A very nice experience overall.

      Entretien

Second round interviews were a fairly long process. They send in about 6 different people to talk to you over a 4 hour period. The questions were mostly behavioral and nothing too technical. Each different interviewer tried to ask about something different so that there was not too much overlap. Overall, the company had a very laid back vibe, so if that is the culture that you prefer, then this is the company for you. I think that most of the time they were trying to see if you fit in with that vibe.

They first contacted me asking for a video interview. The questions are pretty straightforward, but they give you a limited amount of time to prepare each answer. A few weeks later, I got invited to an on-site interview. They were interviewing a bunch of people at the same time, so they first gave us a presentation about the company and the job, they you interview with 5 people one-on-one. Last they take everyone to lunch. Overall, most of the interviews were pretty simple with not many surprising questions. One of the interviews is a case study. They give you a sheet of paper describing a situation and give you ~20 minutes to think of suggestions.

      Entretien

I submitted my application online. Received an email about 2 weeks later from a university recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was behavioral in nature and pretty straight forward (e.g. "why the position?", "walk me through your resume"). She did ask about excel competency and familiarity with some specific tools, which may through some off if they do not have that experience. I was contacted a few days later to schedule an in-person interview. The process lasted 4.5 hours and consisted of four 30-minute interviews (one of which was a situational, non-business case study) and a lunch with somebody on the team at a local restaurant. Save for the case interview, the process was behavioral in nature with a heavy focus on previous experience. While they will ask you plenty of questions, be sure to ask your own questions as they are looking for a conversation. The one advisory is that I was only told about the case interview late the night before (around 11 pm) and was told that there was nothing I could do to prepare (such as read up on case studies, etc.). The actual case was not very business like (i.e. no market estimations), but I would recommend going over the 5-forces, four-ps, etc. just to cover your bases. Overall, the interview was a great experience and allowed me to give detailed answers.
