Straightforward process compared to other consultancies - not sure if this varies by team. I had two interviews with the team and then received an offer after about a month. Interview questions were a standard mix of technical and behavioral.

Thorough but generic, Quick process and good decision making
Had a phone interview followed by video/skype interview with a panel
Post that HR round and then offer of job
