Friendly back and forth including questions of past achievements and engineering process with the hiring manager and a junior staff member over an online video call lasting about 60 mins.
The 1.5‑hour interview was fully technical, evaluating advanced structural engineering expertise, code interpretation, design calculations, load analysis, detailing, and problem‑solving.
