Generally a pleasing experience. The hiring managers seem to know exactly what kind of people they need, and willing to share some short-term/long-term goal of the team. It has been somewhat inspirational and questions are pretty sharp on key challenges faced in past projects and problem solving mindsets.
HR has been very helpful to organize the interview and talk to the applicant too.

Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
Good interview in general. They asked me fair questions which were relevant to the job.Three people participated from the employer. Relatively efficient process from start to finish, including two rounds of interviews
