WSP reached out after I applied through LinkedIn and I was immediately in contact with who would be my manager for the position I applied to. They asked what I could bring to the table based on previous experiences and what I expected from the role. They were honest with what would be required from me and how much I would be paid.

Phone interview followed by in person interview .
Phone interview was general HR review of resume and job description. In person interview, spoke in detail about expectations and personal experience.

Entretien
The interview was very easy-going. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself, then asked me to explain my senior design project. Then, he proceeded to tell me about the job description and its responsibilities.
