J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WSP (Philadelphia, PA) en mars 2020
Entretien
I got a call not too long after I submitted my resume, and we scheduled an interview to be 5 days later. 3 people interviewed me (2 senior planners and the office's manager), they were all really nice. The questions were not too tricky, but the list was longer than what I expected. I finished the interview in 45 minutes. I didn't receive an offer because the company stopped their hiring process due to COVID-19. The HR department sent a system-wide rejection email but my interviewer called me the day after and explained the situation. They were really nice people.

Question 1
They asked extensively about previous projects I'd worked on. This included follow up questions like how did you manage conflict in the said projects? How did you demonstrate leadership and other technical skills in this project? The questions were really grounded in work and academic experiences so be sure to really know how to talk about your own project experiences and individual contributions
Applied, heard back about 2 months later asking for more information, 2 weeks after giving the additional information I was asked to interview with a one day notice. Looking for advice
