Submitted my resume online. Was contacted 3 weeks later for an interview. The hiring managers were very unprepared. They had not looked at the resume and 5 minutes into the resume indirectly told me that I did not have the the right qualifications for the position. If it took then 5 minutes to find that out, then they should have not called me in because if they would have read my resume properly they probably would have come to the same conclusion. One of the managers did not really understand what I was doing in my current position and started to make large jumps based on the little knowledge he had in the field I worked in. Please do a little tease each about the candidate before calling them in. Everyone is busy and it is disrespectful to waste someone else’s time.
